Contract for Limited Assistance of Counsel
And Co-Counsel

        I, man/woman ___________________ (hereafter _____________), do enter into this Contract (this Right to Contract is secured in the Article 1 Section 10 of the Constitution of the United States) with the man/woman ___________________ (hereafter __________________ to provide Limited Assistance of Counsel and Co-Counsel in this issue of case Number ________________ in the court in _______________, ______________________ until a licensed attorney that is Learned in the Law will sign a Contract defending my Constitutional secured Rights in this court as secured in the Bill of the Rights in the Constitution of the United States as lawfully amended by the qualified Electors of the several States.
        ___________________and ___________________ do agree to the following:

1.        I, ___________________, do understand that ___________________is not an attorney or lawyer and has no license, and he has not represented himself as such. 2.        ___________________is not practicing law, but is only assisting___________________ to do legal research, explain and talk in court on legal issues of which I agree with to the judge, prosecutor, or others. ___________________is also to question and cross examine witnesses in providing assistance to___________________. 3.        ___________________is not representing___________________ in any capacity. 4.        ___________________will assist me,___________________, to assert my Constitutionally secured Rights in this court. 5.        ___________________is not authorized or empowered to waive any of my Constitutionally secured Rights in any manner, or authorized or empowered to waive any of the State or Federally created rights. 6.        ________________ can terminate this Contract at any time without Cause with ___________________. 7.        ________________ can terminate this Contract at any time without Cause with___________________. 8.        ___________________is always totally under the control of___________________ in all issues and matters without exception in this case. 9.        ___________________is to be held harmless in all instances for his Limited Assistance of Counsel and Co-Counsel.
