Information on the Discovery Process in the State of Alaska
We in the Patriot movement are missing some great ways to get information from the employees of the corporate police state that will not answer our questions. This is an excellent way to WIN! This can be used to get the corporate folks to dismiss, usually under rule 43a, being the prosecutor has determined that they no longer want to prosecute.
