This is the first of many that will be forwarded to the public Officers (sic) of Alaska.  I hope that they will take this seriously, as we have many other options that will be implemented if they choose to ignore conclusive evidence on these Constitutional Issues.

The following was e-mailed to all just minutes ago to all of them.

Senators, Representatives, and Executives of the STATE OF ALASKA.

Greeting,

        Attached to this e-mail is one of the many extremely important issues facing the people of Alaska.

        The public Officers to which this is addressed are to get this e-mail and the attachments, and not to be intercepted by aides or others.  I have a confirmation e-mail to confirm the correct addresses.  In this first group e-mail, which is composed of over 60+ people, there is a possibility of an error.  If one is encountered, it will be corrected and an e-mail to the party directly will be sent.

        Also attached are two wmv videos [this was a backup video camera] to clearly demonstrate that Lt. Honeman, which is a trainer for Anchorage Police Department, clearly practices as do other APD Officers that the Ordinances of Anchorage trump the Constitution of the United States.  Isn't that a nice thought that when I get into my private transportation, I have no Constitutional secured rights!

        The verbiage of the attached WMV's are approximately as follows, to wit:

Absolutely

Ralph--The ordinance and the drivers license overpowers the Constitution?

Lt. Honeman--When it comes to driving on the public roadways, the privilege to drive and driving on the road, absolutely, absolutely.

Absolutely 2

Lt. Honeman-- On public roadway, in a vehicle and if you're stopped and contacted, you will produce your drivers license upon demand to a peace officer.

Ralph-- Does that overpower my constitutionally secured rights?
Lt. Honeman-- Absolutely!

        We have many more examples of this same ilk on both video and court transcripts.  These will be addressed very shortly with another e-mail.

        All of the e-mails  will address only one issue at a time, but these two videos are attached to clearly demonstrate that we have the videos and documents to support the unconstitutional actions by judges, prosecutors, police, and troopers which will be made public - very public.
