        Whereas, you and your office operate in Federal and State jurisdictions, this Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request is pursuant to both the Federal and State FOIA's.

         Therefore, this is a request under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC 552(a) and ©AS 09.25.100 et seq. and in particular ©AS 09.25 .110 and ©AS 09.25.125.
