Dear Lt Governor Ulmer:
Whereas, you and your office operate in Federal and State jurisdictions,
this Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request is pursuant to both the Federal
and State FOIA's.
Therefore, this is a request under the
Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC 552(a) and ©AS 09.25.100 et seq. and in particular ©AS 09.25 .110 and ©AS
09.25.125.
This is my firm promise to pay fees and costs for
locating, duplicating and reviewing documents for the information as requested
below. I am making this request in the
classification of "other requestor".
If costs are expected to exceed $20.00, please send estimate of costs.
If some of this request is exempt from release, please send those portions
reasonable segregatable and provide me with indexing, itemization and detailed
justification concerning the information, which you are not releasing.
The information will provide knowledge and understanding
of the rules and regulations of the agency, and will assist the requestor
relative to policies of the agency.
I understand the penalties provided in 5 USC 552(a)(1)(3)
for requesting or obtaining access to documents or records under false
pretenses. Please provide the
following:

provide a list of the names of all of the public officers of the State of
Alaska in the Office of the Lt. Governor.
2.
One
copy of the Oath of Office of Fran A. Ulmer as a public officer of the State of
Alaska.
3.
One
copy of the Certificate of Election of Fran A. Ulmer as a public officer of the
State of Alaska.
4.
One
copy of the Official Bond of Fran A. Ulmer as a public officer of the State of
Alaska. [§ 11-2-1 ACLA 1949 et seq,
@AS 39.15.010 et seq.]
5.
One
copy of the Employee Affidavit of Fran A. Ulmer. [Note: all personal
information on the bottom of the affidavit is to be redacted, as it is not part
of the affidavit – all of the magistrates, judges, justices employee affidavits
are a public record in Anchorage, Alaska]
6.
One
certified copy of the current “Constitution of the State of Alaska” with all of
the current amendments and revisions. Only a certified copy of the current
Constitution of the State of Alaska is requested, and not one of your
Special Millennium Edition. If you
choose to add a free copy of the Special Millennium Edition to this FOIA,
please do.
7.
If
any of these documents do not exist, please state that they do not exist and
the reason that they do not exist.
